This service is based in Western Australia, but has a great website with a wide range of downloadable worksheets, for a range of issues including anxiety, depressed mood, eating disorders, etc. From the main page, click on resources. For self-help modules, click on the “Looking after yourself” section, and look for the self-help modules. If you have a therapist that you are seeing, these modules can be very useful to work through with a clinician.
